  • A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of confirmation from us.

  • All guests must comply with the rules of the booked property or campsite.

  • Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

  1. Cancellations & Refunds

    Refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for detailed terms. In short:

  • More than 14 days before arrival: Full credit valid for 1 year

  • 7–14 days before arrival: 50% credit valid for 1 year

  • Less than 7 days: No refund or credit

  1. Campers’ Responsibilities

  • You must respect the environment, fellow guests, and local communities.

  • You are liable for any damage caused by you or your group to property, equipment, or facilities.

  • Green Getaways reserves the right to refuse service to anyone found violating property rules or causing disruption.

  1. Landowner Relationships

  • Green Getaways may facilitate bookings on behalf of third-party property owners.

  • We are not responsible for the conduct, availability, or conditions of properties not directly managed by us.

  1. Payment

  • All payments are processed securely through our third-party partners (e.g., Razorpay, Instamojo).

  • You agree to our right to charge your payment method in the event of damage or rule violations.

  1. Liability Disclaimer

  • Green Getaways is not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the services unless caused directly by our negligence.

  • You agree that activities like hiking, camping, or nature walks carry inherent risks, and participation is at your own risk.

  1. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website, including logos, text, images, and branding, belongs to Green Getaways LLP. You may not reuse or reproduce it without permission.
